Event Report] Participated in "SusHi Tech Tokyo 2025" with a food tech startup company!
Sustainable Food Asia was at SusHi Tech Tokyo 2025, Asia's largest startup conference, from May 8 to 10. In the completely different atmosphere of the business days on the 8th and 9th and the public day on the 10th, we proposed a form of "food" that fit the concept of the event!

SusHi Tech Tokyo is an acronym for Sustainable High-City Tech. It is a global conference concept originating in Tokyo that creates "sustainable new value" to overcome common urban challenges worldwide through cutting-edge technology, diverse ideas, and digital know-how.
Since the theme of this event was "Sustainable Technology from Tokyo," we felt it was very meaningful to express the concept from the perspective of "food" in the area of food tech, such as upcycling and fermentation. As a company with such a perspective, we thought it would be meaningful to participate in this event and decided to attend.
