(located in Shibu⾕-ku, Tokyo; Shunior Kusumoto, President; hereinafter "Café Company"), has developed Japan's first menu using "fruit meat," a new fiber-rich, low-calorie ingredient with almost "zero" sugar and fat derived from "jackfruit," and Café Company has agreed to sell the product to Good Eat Company Co. (located in Shibu⾕-ku, Tokyo; Shunichiro Kusumoto, President; hereinafter "Good Eat Company"), and will be served at the cafe "Public House Yoyogi Uehara" from November 14, 2012 for dinner. Prior to the start of the menu, a trial meal event will be held on November 14.
