Sustainable Food NIGHT #19" was held at Sustainable Food Museum in Toranomon on July 25, 2024.

This time, we invited Mr. Takatsugu Yamashita, representative of Minimal - Bean to Bar Chocolate - as a guest speaker and held a talk session on the theme of "Challenge to support a sustainable society 100 years from now through a cycle of smiles - commitment to high quality and a "new chocolate"". The talk session was followed by a tasting party including Minimal's simple dark chocolate made only from cacao beans and sugar.
