Sustainable Food Asia K.K. (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Satoshi Umino; hereinafter referred to as "SFA"), which cooperates with Japanese and Southeast Asian companies to support research and development of sustainable foods and PR support, held a three-day event from October 23 (Thu.) to 25 (Sat.) at COREDO Muromachi Terrace, the largest foodtech conference in Japan. SFA introduced and sold sustainable food products from 12 startup companies at one of the largest foodtech conferences in Japan, "SKS JAPAN 2025 -Global Foodtech Summit-," held at COREDO Muromachi Terrace from Thursday, October 23 to Saturday, October 25.
SFA also planned and operated two SKS side events on Friday, October 24 at the Sustainable Food Museum operated by SFA in Nishi-Shinbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo, in an effort to further promote SKS JAPAN 2025. During the day, a "Super Disaster Prevention Food Morning (Super Spicy Curry Edition)" was held jointly with NINZIA Co. In the evening, as a special edition of the monthly Sustainable Food Night, "The Forefront of U.S. Food Tech LIVE!" - SKS JAPAN2025 - was held with Adam Yee, CEO of Umai Works, who knows the U.S. food tech industry inside and out. Side Event" was held as a special edition of Sustainable Food Night.
By exhibiting at SKS JAPAN and holding side events in line with the concept of the event, we aimed to propose a new form of "food" and help enhance the value of the visitors' experience.
