A "Food Tech Sharing Night" was held on Friday, 4/28/2023, hosted by Liverness Corporation, also an affiliate of Sustainable Food Asia, Inc.
Our SFA representative, Mr. Unno, Fruit Meat and our own Tsukada participated in a talk session as a moderator for Liberace.
During the panel discussion, the Aramnai team, a finalist in the Tech Planter's Foodtech Grand Prix, reported on their proactive efforts to move from R&D seeds to social implementation, and passionately discussed Japanese food tech, food culture, and international expansion. The discussion also focused on Japan's international position and challenges, using overseas food tech trends as a starting point, and demonstrated the potential for the concept of Japan as a starting point to spread throughout the world. Online participants also shared out, discussing individual issues and the possibilities of research that can be expanded from the heat of the discussion.
