SFIP】INTRODUCTION OF POPUP MENU IN APRIL

Each month Sustainable Food Museum collaborates with a wonderful brand that contributes to the future of sustainable food to bring you a limited time menu! ✨

HERE ARE THE THREE POPUP COMPANIES FOR THIS MONTH.

  • Toy Medical Co.
  • Saidin Corporation
  • Wernas Corporation

Collaboration Menu

MISOVATION Dong Main Furikake Musubi / MISOVATION Seasoning for changing taste
  - Ingredient: Dong Myin Furikake (Saidin)

Dongmine is a "body conditioning" ingredient that tones the body, not the taste. It contains cyclodextrin, a cyclic oligosaccharide developed through joint research between Saidin and the Kumamoto University Faculty of Medicine, and non-digestible dextrin, which inhibits the absorption of unwanted ingredients after meals.
The ingredients of concern are corn and potato starch. Since they are derived from natural products, they are safe to eat.

THIS TIME, DONGMINE FURIKAKE IS ONE OF THE INGREDIENTS OF CHOICE FOR OMUSUBI IN THE "COMPLETE NUTRITIONAL FOOD MISO SOUP MISOVATION SET", AND POWDER TYPE DONGMINE IS AVAILABLE IN FOUR TYPES FOR CHANGING THE TASTE OF MISOVATION: PLAIN (NO FLAVOR), SALT, PEPPER, AND ICHIMI (ONE FLAVOR).

HOW ABOUT A GUILT-FREE HEALTHY LUNCH WITH MISOVATION TO TONE YOUR BODY?

Plain (unflavored) is simply poured over food as it is, and it inhibits the absorption of unwanted ingredients after eating without interfering with the taste or aroma.
*Salt, pepper, and ajinomoto can be used in the same way as ordinary seasonings.

🔸 [Baked goods with wellingtons]
- Ingredients used: wellingtons (wellingtons)

Wernus focuses on choline ester (acetylcholine), a functional ingredient contained in eggplant, and develops products that take advantage of its health benefits. Choline ester has been confirmed to inhibit sympathetic nerve activity, improve blood pressure (especially diastolic blood pressure), as well as have various relaxing effects such as improving sleep and anti-stress effects.

The Sustainable Food Museum will be offering baked goods made with Wernas as part of the café menu. We plan to start with pound cake at the beginning of the month, followed by cookies and other items on an irregular basis. Please take a break from your work and try them with a cup of Vietnamese coffee brewed by our barista!

🔸 [Zero] (Toy Medical Zero)

Zero (read: Zero-shio) looks no different from ordinary salt.
The salt contains salt-absorbing fibers (alginates) derived from seaweeds that adsorb sodium and suppress salt absorption. Sprinkled on finished dishes such as baked or fried foods, it reduces salt intake without changing the taste of the meal. It is recommended for people who are concerned about salt content but still want to enjoy the taste of their meals.

During the POP UP period, we will be distributing free mini pouches of ZERO to café patrons at the Sustainable Food Museum.
The 1g individually wrapped pouches can be used not only for cooking at home, but also conveniently taken on the go.

Because no potassium chloride is used, the product has none of the bitterness characteristic of low-sodium shio, making it safe to use for those concerned about potassium.

📍 Available from April 1 to April 30, 10:00 to 17:00

Please come and enjoy this month's limited menu.

We will continue to work hand in hand with those who are involved in the area of sustainable food and strive to build a foundation for a sustainable food industry that will lead to the next generation.
