The Tokyo Metropolitan Government is looking for junior high and high school students who wish to participate in work experience during their summer vacation, in light of the current situation where many junior high and high school students are seeking work experience for their future.
Sustainable Food Asia has decided to participate as a work experience provider.

We welcome applications from anyone interested in sustainability, Southeast Asia, and the future of food. During the program, you will be asked to propose a sustainable menu item to be served in the café, and there is a possibility that it will actually be adopted. Please introduce this program to your children and students around you.

△▼ △▼ △ Program Overview
This is a program to experience the field of solving social issues surrounding food.
On the first day, you will learn about issues related to food and experience café management in practice.
On the second day, you will think about a limited time menu to serve at the café you have experienced.

[Experience Contents]
①Orientation: Introduction of SFA's activities and sustainable food industry
②Work site tour: Visit Sustainable Food Museum / Introduction of start-up companies and local collaborative projects
③Experience: Support for cafe operation
④Proposal: Creation of limited time menu
Review and presentation: Presentation of the limited menu, feedback, and sharing of learnings and insights from the 2 days
