Sustainable Food Asia, in collaboration with the Urban Renaissance Agency, RIVANES Corporation, and Goo Choki Partners, Inc. will offer original menus using sustainable ingredients at 12 restaurants in the Shimbashi and Toranomon areas from September 29, 2025. The original menus will be developed in cooperation with startup companies in the food industry and each restaurant, and will be served at 12 restaurants in the Shimbashi and Toranomon areas from September 29, 2025.
