On August 31, 2023, a meeting was held at the "Sustainable Food Museum" in Nishi-Shinbashi, Tokyo, to exchange opinions on the possibilities of food tech and agri-tech development in emerging regions (Latin America, Africa, South Asia, Russia, and the NIS).

Sustainable Food Asia K.K. ("SFA"), in collaboration with the Urban Renaissance Agency ("UR Urban Renaissance Agency"), opened the Sustainable Food Museum on June 12, 2023 as part of its efforts to promote open innovation in the Shinbashi/Toranomon area. The "Sustainable Food Museum" opened on June 12, 2023 to exhibit and introduce new ideas and services of various companies, including startups in the food tech field.

During this exchange of views, opinions were exchanged on various aspects, including global food tech trends and the possibility of using agri-food tech as a gateway approach in promoting industrial development in emerging regions.
