Sustainable Food Asia K.K. ("SFA"), in collaboration with the Urban Renaissance Agency ("UR Urban Renaissance Agency"), opened the Sustainable Food Museum on June 12, 2023 as part of its efforts to promote open innovation in the Shinbashi/Toranomon area. The "Sustainable Food Museum" opened on June 12, 2023 to exhibit and introduce new ideas and services of various companies, including startups in the food tech field.

AT THIS MEETING, AFTER SHARING INFORMATION ABOUT SFA'S EFFORTS AND THE LATEST FOOD TECH INFORMATION AND GLOBAL TRENDS, THE PARTICIPANTS EXCHANGED OPINIONS ABOUT THE CHALLENGES THAT FOOD TECH STARTUPS WILL FACE IN THE FUTURE AND THE POTENTIAL THAT THESE COMPANIES HAVE, AS WELL AS ABOUT SUPPORT MEASURES AND INVESTMENT POLICIES FOR FOOD TECH STARTUPS.
