The Urban Renaissance Agency, Sustainable Food Asia, LIVERNESS Corporation and Goo Choki Partners Co. As part of the joint project " TORANOMON JUST RIGHT NEW FOOD Vol. 2," from November 2024, seven restaurants in the Shimbashi/Toranomon area will offer original menus using sustainable ingredients developed in cooperation with startup companies in the food field and each restaurant. The menu will be developed in cooperation with a start-up company in the food industry and each restaurant.
