About the first pop-up event of SFIP adopted companies
On December 10, a pop-up event of one of the SFIP adopted companies, Life is Better, Inc. was held at Sustainable Food Lab, a facility operated by SFA.
The event was by reservation only, and a total of 24 people, 11 for the first part (5~7pm) and 13 for the second part (8~10pm), were served "by age 18's special shoyu udon and caprese set" from the menu of the restaurant operated by Life is good.
The event also provided an opportunity for local startups to promote their activities in Tokyo and create new business opportunities.
An introductory exhibit of by age 18 will be set up in the Sustainable Food Lab for a month from the date of the event until 1/10.

We will continue to work hand in hand with those involved in the sustainable food area to build the foundation for a sustainable food industry that will lead to the next generation.
