SFIP】 INTRODUCTION OF POPUP MENU IN MARCH

Sustainable Food Museum (Minato-ku, Tokyo), operated by Sustainable Food Asia K.K., collaborates with wonderful brands that contribute to the future of sustainable food every month to bring you a limited time menu.

In March, ASTRA FOOD PLAN Corporation (with Ikeda Sugar Co., Ltd. and Ota Oil & Fat Co., Ltd.), Naorai Corporation, and Kinish Corporation are featuring their products and introducing them around the cash register, while offering collaborative menus and selling goods.

🔸[Gururiko➕MISOVATION / Onion Stirred Noodles] ( ASTRA FOOD PLAN, Onion Gurururiko)

For the first half (~16th), the usual MISOVATION soup set will be served with rice made with onion gururiko! There are two types of mini rice to choose from.
☆Tamago Kake Gohan + Tamanegi Gurururiko flavored soy sauce (specified ingredients: egg, wheat)
☆Natto Gohan + Tamanegi Gurururiko Original (specified ingredients: egg, wheat)
In the second half (17th - 31st), we will offer a special menu
"Onion Stirred Noodles"
in collaboration with Ikeda Sugar Chemical Industry and Ota Oil & Fat. This is an oil soba noodle made with "onion gurururiko," a new material that has an aroma about 135 times stronger than that of commercially available onion powder. The flavored oil made from Gururiko has a delicious and appetizing aroma without the use of flavoring.

It is upcycled, environmentally friendly, and most importantly, it has a great aroma and taste. During the event, we will also be selling products, so you can try Gururiko at home as well.

Naorai - the third and most luxurious Japanese sake after sake and shochu.

Jochu is a new type of sake made from sake brewed at sake breweries in various regions and further purified using a unique technique called "low-temperature purification". By maintaining the flavor and taste of sake, Jochu matures over time and gains depth. The invention of the purification technique, which does not add heat, has succeeded in condensing the rich aroma and flavor of sake. Tasting and sales will be held at the Sustainable Food Museum during the event!

🔸 [Tofu waffle plate with choice of Kinish rice ice cream] ( Kinish, premium rice ice cream)

~Thick ice cream with the sweetness and richness of rice~
Smooth texture even though it is completely free of milk and eggs. Compared to regular ice cream, it uses 65% less sugar and reduces greenhouse gas emissions by 62%*, offering a new way to enjoy rice, a traditional Japanese ingredient!
In addition to the original rich flavor, we use the finest ingredients, such as Uji green tea for the green tea flavor and cocoa powder from the Netherlands for the chocolate flavor. Combined with our well-known tofu waffles, we have created a healthy and earth-friendly dish.
(*This menu uses cashew nuts in some parts.)
(*Displays LCIA indicators that affect global warming indicators calculated based on the LIME2 model; secondary databases are IDEAv3, ecoinvent v3, etc.) (Measurement tool: My EcoMonometer / Measurement month: March 2025))

📍 Period of offer: March 1 - March 31, weekdays from 10:00 to 17:00

📍 Location: Sustainable Food Museum (Google Map : https://g.co/kgs/rp9p6jo)

Eating well leads to the future. In addition to deliciousness and health, we aim to provide a café experience that makes you care a little more about the earth.
This month's limited menu items are all highly recommended. We hope you will try them at the store.
