Sustainable Food Asia K.K. has announced that Sustainable Food Museum (1F, Suda Building, 1-17-8 Nishi-Shinbashi 1-chome, Minato-ku, Tokyo), a place for exchange where the products and services of 100 food/agri-tech startups from Japan and abroad are exhibited and which also operates as a café, has begun offering catering services to nearby Shimbashi The Sustainable Food Museum (1F Suda Building, 1-17-8 Nishi-Shinbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo), a social gathering place that also operates as a café, is now offering catering services to restaurants in the nearby Shinbashi and Toranomon areas, including sustainable food exhibited at the facility. The space is also available for rent as an event space.

In 2019, SFA, in collaboration with the Urban Renaissance Agency and RIVANES Corporation, will begin working to solve social issues related to food through urban development in the Shinbashi/Toranomon area, which is developing as a cluster of startup companies in the food area. The restaurants cooperating in the catering business are also participating in the "TORANOMON JUST RIGHT NEW FOOD" project, a collaborative menu development project with companies exhibiting at the Sustainable Food Museum in 2023 and 2024.

SFA WILL CONTINUE TO PROMOTE THE IMPLEMENTATION OF TECHNOLOGIES AND SERVICES THAT WILL CREATE THE FUTURE OF FOOD IN THE SHINBASHI/TORANOMON AREA, NOT ONLY THROUGH THIS PROJECT, BUT ALSO THROUGH THE ENTIRE TOWN.
