EVENT REPORT] WE OPENED A FOOD BOOTH USING SUSTAINABLE FOOD MATERIALS AT THE SHINAGAWA TECH SHOWCASE.
Sustainable Food Asia organized the SHINAGAWA TECH SHOWCASE Executive Committee, and Nittetsu Kowa Real Estate (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo; Masahiro Miwa, President) hosted a food booth using sustainable food ingredients at the "SHINAGAWA TECH The event was held from April 16 (Wed.) to 18 (Fri.), and a food booth using sustainable food ingredients was opened.
THE EVENT WAS HELD IN THE INDOOR ATRIUM AND OUTDOOR PLAZA OF SHINAGAWA INTERCITY, WHERE BOOTHS EXHIBITED THE LATEST TECHNOLOGIES FROM WORLD-CLASS COMPANIES AND PROMISING STARTUPS. VISITORS WERE ABLE TO EXPERIENCE THE WORLD'S CUTTING-EDGE TECHNOLOGIES RANGING FROM ROBOTICS TO IMAGE ANALYSIS, VR, AR, AND MORE AT EACH BOOTH.

The booth received a lot of interest from many people.
Depending on the time of day, we had many visitors, and the booth was so crowded that there were lines of people waiting to get in. We were happy that so many people were interested in sustainable food, even though we had to keep them waiting.
