Sustainable Food Museum (Minato-ku, Tokyo), operated by Sustainable Food Asia K.K., collaborates with wonderful brands that contribute to the future of sustainable food every month to bring you a limited time menu. ✨

Here are the four POPUP companies for July.

The above four companies are introduced around the counter, while collaborative menus are also offered.

 

INTRODUCTION OF POP UP MENU

🔸 [ Miso Curry with Umamo Topping
  - Ingredient: Umamo algae (AlgaleX Co., Ltd.)

Umamo seaweed is topped with curry from the regular menu.
The curry and umamo seaweed will give you a more delicious taste.
Please pour your favorite amount of umamo seaweed on the curry.

Miso Soup Set with Umamodashi Soy Sauce
  - Ingredient: Umamo dashi soy sauce
(AlgaleX Co., Ltd.)

The Miso Soup Set, a regular menu item, will collaborate with Umamodashi Shoyu for July only!

The rich, umami-rich dashi soy sauce, which makes the most of umamo seaweed and manakobu (kelp), goes perfectly with the rice.

🔸[ CRUST japan LUNCH ONLY BEER SET]
- Ingredients used: Breaking Bread Ale(CRUST JAPAN K.K.), Otsumami Granola(NINZIA Corporation)

An ethical product created by upcycling discarded bread. On this menu, it is paired with NINZIA's snack granola. This is the only time you can drink Breaking Bread Ale, an upcycled beer with a mellow malt and hop flavor!

🔸 - Ingredients used: GO~GELATO GO~GELATO / Junmai Daiginjo Sake Lees Gelato]
- Ingredients: GO~GELATO (Tsunan Brewery Co., Ltd.)

Upcycled product made by fermenting sake lees, a byproduct of sake brewing, into gelato. The smooth texture of the gelato is perfect for this hot and humid season!

In addition, "SAISEI Regenesome Supplement" from Space Seed Holdings, Inc. will be sold at the merchandising corner. This anti-aging supplement tackles the universal challenge of aging with four ingredients: Euglena gracilis, sake lees powder, Kalahari watermelon powder, and purified ergothioneine.
