The above three companies are introduced around the counter, while collaborative menus are also offered.
It contains 29 essential nutrients andew's chocolate that gently melts in your mouth, and SOYSCREAM, an environmentally regenerative organic ice cream made from "no-till" soybeans.
It is environmentally friendly and tastes great. We will be serving "affogado" made with these ingredients.
We hope you will try this human- and environment-friendly sweet treat!

REMARE, which is used for the countertops and lampshades in the Sustainable Food Museum, has developed a variable heating machine that allows materials with different melting points to be converted into boards, and has continued research to enable material recycling of composite plastics instead of incineration.
8 During the month of August, a special exhibition is being held in the Museum for a limited time only. Please enjoy the café while viewing the exhibits.
