Sustainable Food Asia K.K. (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo; Toshi Unno, President; hereinafter referred to as "SFA"), in collaboration with the Urban Renaissance Agency (UR Urban Renaissance Agency), Libanes Corporation, UnlocX Corporation, and Nittetsu Kowa Real Estate Co. (Foodα X TOKYO) was adopted as a cluster in the food tech/wellbeing area in August 2025 under TIB CATAPULT, a global innovation cluster creation project promoted by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government.

During the three years of the agreement, the cluster will promote the creation of an ecosystem and business co-creation centered on the Shinbashi/Toranomon and Shinagawa areas, with the aim of creating advanced industries and solving social issues in the areas of sustainable food and wellbeing under the themes of "food" and "city".

On September 19, 2025, TIB CATAPULT will hold a kick-off for startups and business companies interested in the activity to explain the initiatives of each cluster.
