The Sustainable Food Museum (Minato-ku, Tokyo), operated by Sustainable Food Asia Co,
Each month we collaborate with a wonderful brand that contributes to a sustainable food future to bring you a limited time menu.
Here are the two POPUP companies for September.
The menu is offered in collaboration with the above two companies.
Expanding sustainable cultivation with coffee farmers in Dalat, Vietnam, and bringing high-quality beans to Japan while protecting the livelihood of the producers.
Offering Vietnamese coffee made from Da Latee beans for a limited time.
Enjoy authentic Vietnamese coffee brewed with condensed milk using a special dripper!
*Please allow 5 to 8 minutes for coffee extraction.
The ethical tomato bucket is created by upcycling discarded vegetables.
In this menu, Southeast Asian jackfruit is sandwiched as fruit meat in a "bahn mi style sandwich".
And the sauce for the Bahn Mee was developed by the junior and senior high school students who came to our restaurant for work experience! We hope you will experience the sustainable taste.
Madeleines made from powdered and kneaded vegetables that would otherwise be discarded. You can fully enjoy the natural aroma of vegetables.
You can choose from three types: pumpkin, spinach, and sweet potato.
We will continue to work hand in hand with those who are involved in the area of sustainable food and strive to build a foundation for a sustainable food industry that will lead to the next generation.
We also send out newsletters on a regular basis, so please feel free to contact us by e-mail or other means if you would like to receive our newsletter.
