The Sustainable Food Museum (Minato-ku, Tokyo), operated by Sustainable Food Asia Co,
Each month we collaborate with a wonderful brand that contributes to a sustainable food future to bring you a limited time menu.
Here are the three POPUP companies for October.
We offer a collaborative menu while introducing it next to the cash register.
Morus Corporation
- TOWING Corporation
- Kaman Corporation
The SilkMatcha dressing and seasonal ingredients combine in a well-balanced manner to create a visually gorgeous dish. Healthy yet filling, it is perfect for both light meals and main courses.
~What is SilkMatcha?
The raw material is silk protein derived from silkworm.
It is the next generation of 100% natural wellness matcha, combining functions such as antioxidant, anti-glycation, and intestinal regulation with a fine taste.
Softly toasted pumpkin toast with a generous amount of refined sweetness of tsubuan (sweet bean paste). To finish, condensed milk and silkmatcha are sprinkled on top. The combination of fragrant green tea and gently sweet red bean paste makes this a luxurious dish that allows you to enjoy both Japanese and Western delicacies at once.
Space Charcoal is an innovative agricultural material that combines biochar, which is carbonized from unused biomass, with proprietary biochar pretreatment technology and microbial culture technology from the National Agricultural Research Organization.
It contributes to agricultural management efficiency with effective functions such as promoting chemical fertilizer reduction and organic conversion, and improving crop quality and yield.
It also contributes to the reduction of greenhouse gases through carbon fixation in agricultural land.
Please visit the museum for a special exhibit in October only.
Megloo is a sharing service that makes it easy to borrow and return reusable containers for use at restaurants and events.
It is a recycling platform that simultaneously reduces single-use plastics and CO2 emissions, creating a "waste-free future" for communities, events, and commercial facilities.
A special exhibit is being held at the museum for the month of October only.
📍 Available from October 1 to October 31, 10:00 to 17:00
