4月17日、Sustainable Food Museumの展示企業でもある株式会社人生は上々だ（香川県高松市）が、Sustainable Food Museumにてイベント「さあ、うどんで世界をひっくり返しますよ。～一日限定！by age 18 in 虎ノ門」を開催しました。
イベントでは、人生は上々だが香川県高松市とマレーシアのクアラルンプールにて運営する米粉うどん店「by age 18」の全メニューを監修する「ヴィーガンレストラン菜道」の楠本勝三シェフがプラントベース&グルテンフリーのお料理を直々にご提供。
また、人生は上々だ代表取締役CEO村上モリロウ氏、楠本勝三シェフ、弊社代表取締役海野の3名による、日本の食の未来についてのトークセッションも開催。大盛況に終わる夜となりました。
