5月3日、BS-TBSのテレビ番組『トレンドクリップ』にて、Sustainable Food Museum が紹介されました。
番組内では、弊社代表取締役社長の海野が、Sustainable Food Museumのコンセプトや展示企業の商品について紹介。また、実際に体験いただけるメニューとして、ランチメニュー「三食丼と15種類の具材の入った味噌鍋定食」をレポーターの方に試食いただきました。
大豆由来のそぼろやかつおぶしを使用した料理に対し、レポーターからは「大豆と言われてもわからない。おいしい！」との感想もいただき、サステナブルフードの可能性を体感いただく機会となりました。
海野は、「日常生活のほんの少しの選択からでも、サステナブルに興味や関心を持っていただけたら嬉しい」とコメントしています。
