The "Rice Koji Blancmange" is a dessert menu featuring a blancmange base developed by Ikeda Sugar Chemical Industries using "Olysee," a natural sweetener made from fermented rice koji, topped with the company's berry sauce and Olysee's rice koji granola, and served with ice cream and frozen fruits.
