On Thursday, June 19, a tasting event was held at the Sustainable Food Museum to commemorate the start of the third phase of "Toranomon Just Right New Food" by matching food tech companies with restaurants in the Nishi-Shinbashi and Toranomon areas.
Toranomon Just Right New Food" is a joint project by Urban Renaissance Agency, Goo Choki Partners, and Sustainable Food Asia. This was the third time the event was held.
The "Matching Tasting Event," held for the first time this year, consisted of two parts: a pitch (product introduction) by a startup company and a tasting exchange event to deepen exchanges while actually tasting the products.
The event was attended by people from a variety of fields, including people in the restaurant industry, startup companies, food manufacturers, and people in the real estate industry engaged in urban development.
Restaurants will be asked to start developing menus using sustainable food from startup companies, and a presentation of the completed menus is scheduled for September. We hope that you will continue to pay attention to the "Toranomon Just Right New Food" project, which is being developed on a city-wide basis.
