We define Sustainable Food as food that contributes to solving
issues of
"environmental improvement, health access, and social responsibility" and are working on its social implementation

Through partnerships linking Japan and Asia,
we will connect diverse technologies and ideas to
build a sustainable food system that will last for generations to come.

Sustainable Food Innovation

Every year we hold the Sustainable Food Camp in Malaysia, an event to solve global issues related to food through business.

Participants included major Japanese food-related companies and domestic and international food and agri-tech startup companies and organizations. 191 people from 97 companies in 9 countries attended the third event in April 2025 at Resort World Genting Awana.

Sustainable Food Creation

We work with food tech startups and food manufacturers/restaurants to research and develop Sustainable Foods products, and support their production, sales, and business startups. We aim to realize our vision of "creating a new food standard that is friendly to the earth and human body" with new food materials and technologies originating from Asia.

Sustainable Food Expansion

Under the Shingora Innovation Initiative Foodα (Food Alpha), we are developing the "Sustainable Food Museum," a showcase of sustainable food that can be enjoyed as a café, the "Sustainable Food Lab," a shared office/kitchen, and the "Sustainable Food Park," where kitchen cars can be set up in Toranomon, Tokyo. Founded Sustainable Food Asia, which invests in and develops businesses for food tech companies in Southeast Asia, with Leave a Nest, and became its CEO.

With the world population exceeding 8 billion and expected to grow even larger in the future, the current food supply system is not sufficient to meet the various burdens that are being placed on the world's population. What is truly sustainable food that is also friendly to the global environment, human body, and society? This is not an issue that can be solved by a single technology or idea. Together with many like-minded people, we will create a new standard for food.

In the Asian region where we live, there are abundant biomass resources that benefit from our equatorial location, as well as culture, tradition, and wisdom nurtured over a long history. By combining these resources, technologies, and ideas, we will build an eco-system that will lead to solutions to the world's food challenges.
